Downstairs Cloakroom refurb:

From a stripped out room we replumbed all services and boxed them in.

Half tiled the room and fitted the new toilet and vanity basin leaving the room ready for the client to decorate.

Even the smallest room can work!

This WC is only 700mm wide! total.

With the combi boiler on the wall above we built a cupboard for it and then fitted this ultra compact toilet and basin, all framed in and tiled.

A Bedroom to a Bathroom

At a Victorian property in Ramsgate we changed a bedroom to a gorgeous family bathroom.

AS A bedroom there was no plumbing nearby and so everything was run new and all the waste run under the floor and out to connect into the soil stack.

Westbrook En-suite refurb

Our client booked us to completely update the en-suite. As we stripped back the old one it became apparent we would have to go back to completely bare walls, rewire and replumb everything. The floor was a very cheap and damaged chipboard and so was replaced with a hardwood ply. The walls straightened out and replastered. Then we started the refit using 200x100mm black tiles on the wall and 600x300mm marble porcelain tiles for the floor. The shower tray was a 1600x800mm with walk in screens. only the door is left to replace when the whole house is done.
